Our Services

VIP Move provides luxury ground transportation, airport transfers, and executive car services. We strive to provide reliable and punctual service; however, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, heavy traffic, or road closures.

User Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly manner. VIP Move reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a ride if a passenger is intoxicated, abusive, or poses a threat to the driver or vehicle.

• No smoking or illegal substances are allowed in our vehicles.
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for lost or damaged items.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will result in additional charges for cleaning and repairs.

Payments & Fees

All reservations require a valid credit card on file. Payments are processed upon completion of the service unless otherwise specified.

• Additional charges may apply for extra stops, excessive waiting time, tolls, and parking fees.
• Fares quoted do not include optional gratuity unless explicitly stated.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans change. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for specific details:

• Cancellations made well in advance may incur a small transaction fee.
• Late cancellations (within 8 hours of pickup) will result in a partial charge.
• Cancellations at the time of pickup or no-shows will be charged up to the full amount of the reservation.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VIP Move, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or our services. VIP Move shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.
